Operator

HowItSolid, Company ID [IČO], VAT ID [DIČ]. Registered address and full billing details will be added before sales launch.

What you're buying

A purchase gets you a time-limited license to use the tool (add-in) for the number of seats stated at checkout. The license is tied to an organization or a user, not a specific machine — with more than one seat, it's shared via floating licensing.

Payment

Payment is by card via Stripe Checkout, monthly or yearly depending on the interval you pick. The price is always shown excl. and incl. 21% VAT before checkout completes. You enter the tax ID for the invoice directly in Stripe Checkout. From 3 seats, wire-transfer invoicing is available — write to contact.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel a monthly or yearly subscription anytime in your account — the license stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The 14-day trial is always free and card-free, so there's nothing to cancel there.

Liability

Tools are provided as-is. We're not liable for damages from misuse, or for unavailability caused by an outage of SolidWorks or another CAD application the tool depends on.

Governing law and contract language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The contract exists in Czech and English; in case of a conflict, the Czech version prevails.
